It’s no doubt that traveling in groups provides a sense of security and shared responsibility amongst the pack. It helps to disburse the overwhelmingness that can sometimes be felt while traveling solo. Depending on the traveler, sometimes being with a group and discovering challenging personalities and dynamics can also ruin an experience.

At Love Eat Trave, we believe that it’s good for the soul to get out there and embark on a solo trip. Oftentimes people will want to discourage you (a female traveler) from being alone out in the world. Ultimately it is up to YOU to decide if you want to take life by the reigns. Don’t let their fears cause you to miss out on an adventure that may change the course of your life.

Below is some required reading to inspire your solo journey and ways to do it safely, authentically, and fully.
