#1 White Lighthouse At Fanad Head

#2 Brother Hubbard
Garrett Fitzgerald (featured in the episode) and his life partner, James Boland, created a restaurant called Brother Hubbard. The restaurant serves food that is inspired by their travels. Phil tries a Middle Eastern inspired fare that includes Eggs Menemin and an entire plate of pastries which include a cinnamon scroll (inspired by dead sea scrolls) and chocolate hazelnut baci.

#3 Molly Malone Statue

Phil and Monica go on a date to the EPIC Museum. The museum is an Irish emigration museum and offers attendees a chance to connect and learn about their Irish roots. Monica joins Phil on a visit to EPIC to learn abut her irish heritage.

Boxte House was created by Chef Pádraic Óg Gallagher. They offer house brewed beer and a corned beef and cabbage boxte, which we later learn is more Jewish-American than Irish.

#6 Merrion Square Park
Phil explored Merrion Square Park that houses a the famous Oscar Wilde statue. Visit the art market on Sundays and bring your kids here to experience the kids park that is based on Oscar Wilde’s short story, the Selfish Giant.

#7 Guinness Storehouse
Built in 1759, the Guinness Storehouse has been producing stout beer for its patrons. Phil learns how to pour a perfect pint glass of Guinness.

Phil and head to Murphy’s for some ice cream. Kevin McGarran comedian and actor. Kirin began in dingle wild flavors that are very irish. Brown bread ice cream, blue cheese fro northern Ireland young buck, and dingle gin. Finally they try a sticky toffee sundae.

Phil heads out of town and into Greystones, a coast-town, to meet Steven and David Flynn, twin brothers with a thirst for life!

#10 The Happy Pear
The Flynn brothers take Phil to their organic eatery and specialty shop, The Happy Pear. They taste organic black mission figs, radish shoots, whole meal vegan croissants and then have brekkie with 2 year old apple cider vinegar and red berry kombucha. Their “sexy” oatmeal/porridge comes with nut spread chocolate and looks delectable.

#12 Deasy’s Bar
Owned and operated by Caitlyn Ruth, Deasy’s is a seaside restaurant located in Clonakilty. Ruth uses local Irish produce in her international cuisine. Phil dines with Sally, Caitlyn, and Caitlyn’s husband John. Caitlyn uses local seaweed to make a kombu dashi with white radish.
