It’s a new year and an opportunity for new gear!
Maybe one of your goals was to travel more this year. Maybe you received holiday gifts to help you get you out there to experience the world (i.e. air travel gift cards, cash, a suitcase). Regardless, here are some gifts for travelers that are bound to make your adventure an experience to remember!
RFID Passport Holder
Upgrade your passport and protect your information with this awesome RFID passport holder. The RFID prevention technology will keep data thieves at bay. I love the map pattern and texturized surface giving it a faux leather look while being 100% vegan! The holders also come in various patterns and solid colors as well. It’s a great investment if you travel often and want to prevent the wear and tear of your passport.
Samsonite Winfield Suitcase
A carry on suitcase will be your best friend if you travel often and travel light. The Samsonite Winfield hard case suitcase comes in various colors and is affordable. The Winfield also has a TSA friendly lock and has a handy zipper to expand the suitcase when you need it to. It also comes in a variety of colors. I highly recommend this suitcase!
DJI Spark Mini Drone
The mini drone is great for beginner to amateur travelers. If you want awesome aerial view photos and videos, this mini drone is a great investment to gain experience in filmography. The drone comes in a styrofoam box and is small enough to carry inconspicuously while traveling. It connects via Bluetooth to your phone so that you can see what it captures.
GoPro Hero6
Document your adventures underwater or on land with a GoPro Hero6. The GoPro camera connects via Bluetooth so you can capture videos and photos through your phone. It comes with various adapters. I recommend using a tripod/selfie-stick combo (and comes with a bluetooth clicker) to make the most of your GoPro!
Cabeau Travel Pillow
The Cabeau Travel Pillow has been the best investment for my travels. The fabric is super soft and my neck feels supported while I doze off on the train or plane. The neck pillow folds into a compact size and easily fits into your backpack or luggage when not in use. It’s also affordable and comes in various colors to fit your travel style and mood.
Osprey Packs Farpoint 80 Travel Backpack
If you’re not into suitcases, then the Osprey Fairpoint is perfect for you. It’s a sturdy bag with lots of compartments and great for on-the-go traveling. It is fairly expensive however does come with their All Mighty Guarantee which means if Osprey cannot fix it, you can get the pack replaced for free!
Ostrich Neck Pillow
This unique neck pillow is not only futuristic looking, it’s also very comfortable and fashionable. It has a velcro closure and compacts into a tiny travel case. Everyone asks me where I get my pillow from because the unique design and colors definitely make it stand out. If you’re looking for something unique for travel, consider this ostrich neck pillow ($69.95).
Foot Hammock
A foot hammock is the answer to all your numb leg woes on the airplane. This hammock straps around your table and elevates your feet to improve blood circulation and allow your seat to be a little more comfortable. This is a great solution for shorter people whose feet cannot reach the ground. It rolls up and packs nicely in your luggage when not in use. This particular design comes in a quilted pattern.
Menstrual Cup
This is for ladies only! Every female traveler needs to invest in a Menstrual Cup. The cups last for years (approximately 10-15 years) and is much more hygienic and eco-friendly than tampons and pad. Reduce your carbon footprint and cut down on feminine hygiene costs. Most menstrual cups also come with a cute pouch to discreetly hide your business.
